Blaymires Recruitment is representing the largest off-site design and build contractor in the South who is searching for a Contracts Manager to join the business. With their head office based near Ringwood the company has successfully delivered projects across the MoD, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial sectors with projects ranging from £1M to £30M.
This is a rare opportunity for a Contracts Manager or Project Manager to make their mark and support the growth of an established and profitable contractor, who has plans to grow over the next five years.
As Contracts Manager you will have experience of overseeing multiple projects and supporting site teams as well as liaising with the clients and ensuring projects are planned, programmed, resourced, and delivered on time and budget.
The successful candidate will need to have:
- At least 5 years Contracts Management or Project Management experience.
- Modular build or New Build experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience in quality management making sure high standards are maintained.
- Detailed understanding of Health & Safety management and compliance.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, Architects, and other professionals as well as sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to inspire and motivate the work force.
Qualifications:
- CSCS card
- SMSTS certificate
- First Aid at Work

Hours:
- Mon – Thursday 8.30am – 5.00pm.
- Fridays working from home – 8.30am – 1.00pm
