    When you have decided to make an offer, we will advise you on the salary and package requested by the candidates. Once you have confirmed the offer, we will present this to the candidates keeping all parties up to date.  We will work with the chosen candidates throughout the resignation process and finally will confirm the start date. This is a critical time during the hiring process and is monitored closely.
