Blaymires Recruitment is representing a respected insurance and property refurbishment contractor based in Poole who are searching for a Small Work Site Manager.

You will be joining a small to medium family run construction company that works within the refurbishment and insurance industry in and around the Dorset and Hampshire area.

The company undertakes property refurbishments and restoration and reinstatement of residential and commercial properties after Fire, Flood, Subsidence, and all other disasters. They are looking for a qualified site manager to run multiple small jobs with individual project values up to £40,000.

Requirements

• SMSTS.
• A good knowledge of Rams and CPPs.
• Programming of works.
• First Aid.
• Trade Background.
