Salary up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + 25 Days Holiday
Blaymires Recruitment is representing a leading envelope specialist based near Eastleigh who are searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with cladding experience to join the team.
The business has been operating for over twenty years and undertakes Cladding, Roofing and Steel and Glass packages and have worked on a wide range of iconic buildings throughout the UK with project values ranging up to £40M
The company is expanding its operations and are opening a new office located in Eastleigh and are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the growing team
The Role:
- Responsible for the financial control of projects between £1M to £20Million.
- Working with JCT, NEC contracts.
- Applications for payment in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
- Production of monthly cost reports and forecasting.
- Preparation of delay notices in accordance with contract terms.
- Processing monthly subcontractor payments.
- Picking up and valuing variations.
- Settling final accounts with main contractors.
- Site measures.
Experience:
- Previous experience with cladding, glazing or roofing essential
- Previous experience working with JCT and/or NEC contracts
- Minimum of 5 years working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
