A respected and trusted Modular Contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.

The business is able to design, manufacture and in install a wide range of modular construction project across the UK. Project range from 200k to £2 Million.

They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage all Commercial and Operational duties. 

This role would suit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to take on the responsibility of both Commercial and Operational duties. This would also suit an existing Quantity Surveyor / Project Manager.

You will be responsible for taking projects from the Estimating team and producing a bill of quantities, placing subcontract packages and labour including procurement and manage variations and CVR's.

You will also program projects, meet clients and attend prestart meeting as well as project management and Health & Safety management.
