Blaymires Recruitment is representing a vibrant construction consultancy based near Fareham who are searching for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.

This respected medium sized company has an enviable reputation for delivery of successful projects throughout the UK and provide services including Project Management, Cost Management, Construction Management, Building Surveying and Employers Agent & Contract Administration.

Their projects range in value up to £20M, across a diverse range of sectors including Aviation, Residential, Education, Health, Industrial and Commercial.

As a qualified and experienced Senior Project Manager you will have the skills and personality that will enable you to hit the ground running as part of a busy team. Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering exemplary project management services across a variety of sectors is critical to this role.

Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:

• Establish detailed client brief.
• Manage and supervise contractors.
• Chair progress meetings.
• Manage post-completion phase.
• Client facing, ensuring high standard of technical delivery.

Skills & Experience of the Project Manager:

• RICS, CIOB or APM.
• Worked for a consultancy or end user.
• Ability to manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner.
• Team player, outgoing, flexible, enthusiastic and ambitious.

This role would suit a Project Manager from a client side / consultancy background or a Contracts Manager from a Main Contracting background who would like to move across and work for a consultancy.
