Location: South & Midlands

Salary up to £50,000 + Car Allowance + Mileage + 23 Days Holiday + Pension

A long-established commercial property contractor who specialises in Warehouse and Office space efficiency are searching for a Project Manager to join their growing business.

The company undertakes all aspects of warehouse fit-out, mezzanine flooring, pallet racking, internal and external refurbishment project values ranging up to £400k.

The company has plans to steadily grow the business over the next 5 years and is looking to recruit a Project Manager or Contracts Manager with Pallett Racking or Mezzanine flooring experience.

The role would suit a Project Manager or Contracts Management who is highly motivated and organised individual who understands processes, tactics and how to nurture relationships with customers, subcontractors and suppliers.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive contractor who has long-term plans to grow and will offer a stable and interesting career.

Duties:

• Responsible for quoting and delivering low, medium and high value (£1,000- £250,000+) orders.
• Cost management and operational duties across high volume of small projects
• Planning and Programming projects.
• Responsible for Health & Safety
• Subcontract commercial control.
• Reporting, forecasting and risk management.
• Liaising with clients.

Experience Required:

• Proven track record in  delivering Racking or Mezzanine Floor projects on time, to cost and meeting quality criteria.
• Small Works, Maintenance experience.
• Cost management.
• Estimating & tendering.
• Project Reporting.

The Person:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience working as a Project Manager or Project Engineer.
• HNC or Degree qualified.
• JCT forms of contracts an advantage
• Hands on knowledge in Health, Safety and Environmental.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
