Salary up to £30,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + 22 Days Holiday

I am representing a Facade Remedial Consultancy based near Southampton with protected work status who is searching for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join their business.

The consultancy works closely with their clients to understand and manage their facade combustibility risk, defects and remedial issues.  They are presently working with a range of clients from social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums and management companies.

They are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor to assist the Building Surveying team and ongoing training and development will be on offer.

You will assist with the undertaking of report writing and preparation from data prepared by their onsite Consultant.

You will occasionally visit sites to check and assist with reports and preparation of tender packs including design, spec, scope, and will work closely with the design team to determine scope, products, costs and budgets.

The consultancy is open to receiving applications from permanent as well as freelance professionals.
