Salary up to £50,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + 22 days Holiday

I am representing a Facade Remedial Consultancy based near Southampton who is searching for a Cladding Consultant to join the team.

The consultancy works closely with their clients to understand and manage their facade combustibility risk, defects and remedial issues. They are presently working with a range of clients from social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums and management companies.

This opportunity would suit a Project Manager or Contracts Manager who has worked for a cladding contractor and would like to move away from the delivery of projects and use their cladding / facade experience to support the growth of this professional Facade Consultancy.

The Role

• You will conduct intrusive facade surveys across London and Southern areas, detailing all present external fire risks and creating specifications of remedial works necessary. 
• You will identify the issues to removal and replacement of any dangerous cladding. 
• You will prepare a detailed report and specification, scope of works and tender package to enable competitive prices to be obtained for the compliant scope.
• You will lead pre-contract meetings agreeing all sequencing specifications and terms and conditions with the successful contractor.
• You will oversee all remediation projects, advising clients and sign off works.
• The consultancy is open to receiving applications from permanent as well as freelance professionals.
