Consultancy based near Southampton

Salary up to £50,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + 25 Days Holiday

I am representing a Surveying and Consultancy firm based near Southampton who are searching for a Chartered Building Surveyor to join their business in January 2021.

The consultancy works closely with their clients to understand and manage cladding combustibility risk, defects and remedial issues. They are presently working with a range of clients from social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums and management companies.

You will be joining a busy and friendly consultancy who are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor to undertake report writing and project management duties.

You will occasionally visit sites to check and assist with reports and preparation of tender packs including design, spec, scope, and will work closely with the design team to determine scope, products, costs and budgets.

Requirements

• MRICS qualified.
• Experience of providing a range of building consultancy services.
• Proven experience of working on behalf of a range of clients.
• Strong competencies in time management, communication and report writing.
• Be a driven, proactive and focused professional looking to thrive in a corporate environment.
