Salary up to £40,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + 22 Days Holiday

I am representing a Fire Risk & Facade Remedial Specialist based near Southampton who is searching for a Building Surveyor to join their business.

The consultancy works closely with their clients to understand and manage their facade combustibility risk, defects and remedial issues.  They are presently working with a range of clients from social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums and property management companies.

The consultancy is looking for a Building Surveyor who possesses a RICS accredited degree with around 2 years building surveying experience. 

They are keen to support anyone who has already enrolled or is looking to start working towards their APC.

The Role
You will assist with the undertaking of report writing and preparation from data prepared by their onsite Consultant.

You will occasionally visit sites to check and assist with reports and preparation of tender packs including design, spec, scope, and will work closely with the design team to determine scope, products, costs and budgets.
