I am representing a hardworking and professional Contracts Manager with over 20 years’ experience. He has worked his way up from Assistant Site Manager to his present role of Contracts Manager where he is responsible for managing multiple projects.
Throughout his career he has successfully managed new build and refurbishment projects. With in-depth knowledge of managing commercial and private projects across the Education, Health, Leisure, Residential and MOD sectors. Projects ranging from £1M to £5M.
He is experienced at planning, programming, people management as well as building successful client relations.
He is a very motivated individual who is destined to go far in the industry. He is now looking for an opportunity to grow with a new employer and is looking to take on further responsibility and support the business growth.
