A respected supplier and installer of windows, conservatories and doors is searching for an Installation Manager to join the business.
The company has a rich history undertaking Domestic and Commercial installation projects across the South that consist of UPVC Windows & Doors, Aluminium Windows & Doors, Bi-Folding Doors, Conservatories and Curtain Walling with project values ranging up to £900k.
The company is going through a period of growth and is looking for a Installation with Glazing experience who can take control and organise the installation teams and help drive changes and lead the business going forward.
The role will involve:
- You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of commercial and domestic installations teams of UPVC, aluminium, and composite products.
- Manage the planning, labour, ordering materials and work packs for each job.
- End to end oversight of all projects.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE.
- Excellent understanding of the Fenestration business.
- Working with the Finance Manager to ensure profitability.
- Effective at implementing change.
- You will be asked to resolve operational issues in a fast and effective manner and will co-ordinate any remedial actions that may occur.
Essential criteria:
- Two years Installation experience or equivalent level.
- Experienced in running both commercial and domestic glazing installations and can manage experienced fitting teams.
- Excellent planning and organisational capabilities along with effective communication skills.
- Thorough understanding of CRM and Project Management programmes.
- Driving license.
Non – essential criteria:
- Living local to Poole area an advantage.
