Site Manager

Project:  Refurbishment  – Car Dealership – Wimbledon,  £1.6M 

Day Rate: £250

A leading commercial main contractor based near Southampton is searching for a Site Manager to join the business.

1. company is an established contractor who undertakes a variety of refurbishment and new build projects across the UK. Recent projects have included industrial units, schools and car showrooms that range in value from £500K to £4M.

The project starts this Thursday and will last for 4-6 weeks. This is a live site and you will be responsible for site set up, putting up fencing, taking delivery of site cabins and organisation of the site.

You will be joining a friendly and supportive contractor who has long-term plans to grow and will offer a stable and interesting career.

The Person

• Minimum 3 years’ main contracting experience working as a Site Manager.
• HNC or Degree qualified.
• SMSTS or SSSTS.
• CSCS.
• First Aid.
