Salary £45,000 to £70,000 (Depending on Experience) + £4,500 Car Allowance + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Life Assurance.
A respected facade contractor based near Southampton is searching for a Roofing & Cladding Estimator to join the team.
As an independent specialist they are experts within the design, engineering and installation of cutting-edge Cladding, Glazing and Roofing projects ranging in value between £5M- 20M.
The company has a heritage spanning over 25 years and has been involved with well-known projects throughout London and the South. You will be working on prestigious schemes across a variety of sectors including, Commercial, Education, MoD, MOJ, Healthcare & High-rise.
The company will consider either an assistant, intermediate or senior estimator with Roofing or Cladding experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity.
The Role
As roofing and cladding Estimator, you will work closely with the Head of Pre-Contracts and will deal directly with client enquiries to ascertain their exact requirements and produce accurate quotations.
You will work as a team to negotiate and secure orders, providing an effective handover of the contract to the relevant project team.
- will be fully trained on the Causeway estimating system and companies pricing procedures, using both computer and drawing information.
- will have early involvement with suppliers to enable you to deal with them on a one-to-one basis. This is a challenging position in which you will be continually supported and developed throughout your career.
