Blaymires Recruitment is working with a residential contractor based in Winchester who is searching for a Working Foreman.

The company has built up a reputation for building and renovating beautiful and individual residential projects across the South.  These projects include new build, conversions, extensions and renovations.

Due to a steady increase in work they are looking for an experienced Working Foreman from a carpentry background to join the business.

The Role

• You will be required to work and manage projects and will need to be flexible. 
• You will need excellent communication skills as you will liaise directly with clients and their site teams.
• You will manage operatives and trades on site and will ensure programmes are met.
• You will ensure the works are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
• You will attend site meetings as required.
• You will ensure all plant, tools and equipment are in good working order.
• You will order materials.

Requirements

• You must have residential experience.
• You will have at least 3 years’ experience as a Working Foreman.
• You will hold a SMSTS / SSSTS, First Aid and CSCS card.
