Salary up to £50,000 (Dependant on Experience) + Car Allowance + 25 Days Holiday

A respected Shopfitting Contractor based near Southampton is searching for a Site Manager to join their business.

They have been successfully trading for well over 10 years and have built up a solid reputation within the fit-out and shopfitting industry.

Despite the current Covid-19 crisis the organisation has secured new projects starting in January 2021 and are looking to bolster their Site Management staff.  

The Role

You will be reporting into a roaming Contracts Manager and Operation Manager.

You will be responsible for the Site Management of the project. You will need to ensure that health and safety requirements are met including new COVID-19 regulations.

You will be conducting the Site Inductions and Toolbox talks.

You will ensure that trades on site are co-ordinated and the projects follow the programme which can be a strict deadline.

Requirements

You will need to have a strong joinery / build background and extensive Shopfitting experience.

The role will require UK wide travel and living away during the week.

You will also hold relevant industry qualifications such as HNC or NVQ, SMSTS, Health and Safety Certificates and CSCS.
