Blaymires Recruitment is representing the UK’s leading Fire Safety and Facade consultancy based in Romsey who is searching for a Report Writer to join their growing team.
The consultancy undertakes work nationwide, providing a complete solution to facade safety and compliance. They are presently working with a range of clients from social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums and management companies.
They are looking for a Report Writer to construct the reports using the information they have received from the on-site Cladding Consultants.
The Cladding Consultants will inspect building facades and undertake intrusive surveys, removing cladding panels, taking photos and completing site reports before sending all the information back to the head office in Romsey.
As the Report Writer you will then use the information that you have been sent and upload the information onto the company templates. Then you send the uploaded report to the Technical Director for approval before sending the final report out to clients.
This role would suit a construction graduate holding an HNC/ Degree or an experienced Administrator with reports experience. You will need an appreciation of the construction process and ongoing training and development will be on offer.
The Successful Applicant
- Educated to HNC or Degree level.
- Administration skills.
- Strong IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and other bespoke software).
- Organised, diligent and commercially astute.
- A team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
- Report writing skills would be an advantage.
