Salary up to £55,000 + Car Allowance + 25 days Holiday + Pension
I am representing a highly regarded Roofing and Cladding contractor based near Eastleigh who is searching for a Project Manager to join the business.
They undertake a variety of roofing and cladding projects across the South Coast and London areas. They have been operating for over 20 years and have now become one of the South’s leading Envelope Contractors.
They require a Project Manager with roofing or cladding experience to oversee forthcoming projects which will range in value from £200k to £4 million.
You will oversee various projects, largely in the commercial sectors and will ensure their progress, work schedules and commercial guidelines are followed.
The client is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic individual who will be involved and invested in the project and its progress.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day management of allocated portfolio of projects.
- Responsible for the programming, planning of projects as well as allocation of labour and materials.
- Responsible for ensuring projects are completed on a timely basis within budget.
- To liaise and maintain a good working relationship with Clients, Surveyors, and Senior Management.
- Carry out on site method statements and risk assessments.
- Ensure all works are carried out under health and safety guidelines and are Covid compliant.
- The successful applicant will have several years’ experience working within the Cladding or Roofing sector. They will be well organised with good presentation skills and can communicate professionally at all levels.
