He has over 28 years of experience across the fit-out, main contracting, residential development, and subcontracting sectors, having successfully undertaken estimating, buying, and quantity surveying duties, progressing to the level of Commercial Manager.
For the past 10 years, he has worked with a well-respected residential and commercial building contractor, where he has been responsible for managing all commercial functions across the business. Earlier in his career, he gained valuable experience with organisations including Ballast, Antler Homes, Linden Homes, Dancor Group, Gypsum Plasterers and Mayflower Interiors.

- Battle Abbey School Extension – Two-storey steel frame extension constructed over an existing flat roof canteen, providing two additional classrooms. Brick and render cladding, suspended ceilings, and air conditioning. Value: £385k.
- St Luke’s Church, Taunton, Somerset – New build incorporating brickwork and timber cladding with a monopitch Kingspan KS100 insulated metal roof. Full turnkey delivery. Value: £700k.
- High-End Residential, Stockbridge – Construction of three bespoke new build houses featuring handmade bricks laid in Flemish garden wall bond, handmade roof tiles, and solid oak beams. Build cost: £2.6m.
- Granny Annexes – Multiple projects with individual values ranging from £60k to £300k.
- Three developments, comprising of around 350 units mixture of luxury high rise flats and houses to the value of £80 million.
