Blaymires Recruitment is representing the largest off-site design and build contractor in the South who is searching for a Site Manager to join the business. With their head office based in the South the company has successfully delivered projects across the MoD, Healthcare, Residential and Commercial sectors with projects ranging from £1M to £30M.
The company is looking for a Site Manager with modular build experience who is looking to make their mark and support the growth of an established and profitable contractor, who has plans to grow over the next five years.
The successful candidate will need to have:
- At least 5 years Site Management experience with lift operations.
- Must be able to work on own initiative from site setup through to practical completion.
- Projects nationwide, with living away required.
- Modular build experience.
- Experience in quality management making sure high standards are maintained.
- Detailed understanding of Health & Safety management and compliance.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, Architects, and other professionals as well as sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Able to inspire and motivate the work force.
- Must be able to work on own initiative from site setup through to practical completion.
- Projects nationwide, with living away required.
Qualifications:
- CSCS card
- SMSTS certificate
- First Aid at Work
- NVQ Level 4 Black Card
