Location: Weybridge, Surrey
Salary: £70,000 + Package or £300 per day

Blaymires Recruitment is representing a leading construction, refurbishment and maintenance contractor based in London.
The company is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead and manage a new build development of 28 apartments in Weybridge, Surrey with a project value of £9 Million.
The project has started and is out of the ground with the RC frame in place. They now require a Site Manager to take the project through to handover. There are 12 months work ahead on this project and there will be additional projects to follow.
The company will consider either a Permanent Site Manager or a Freelance Site Manager.
The Role:
- Site inductions.
- Prestart meetings with sub-contractors.
- Coordination & management of subcontractors.
- Collaborative planning with the subcontractors.
- Site safety.
- Weekly & forward planning.
- Daily diaries.
- H&S paperwork.
- Site orders/deliveries/dealing with 3rd parties to coordinate deliveries.
- Feeding back to Quantity Surveyor on potential changes/variations – assisting with building up costs.
- Updating drawings when required.
- Emailing to confirm agreements with subcontractors on programme issues.
- Liaising with the client’s on-site team professionally.
- Enthusiastic attitude who gets the best out of the workforce.
Requirements:
- Previous New build experience with project up to £10 Million
- Site qualifications including CSCS Card & SMSTS Certificate.
- First Aid Ticket.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
