Blaymires Recruitment is representing the UK’s leading Fire Safety and Facade consultancy based in Romsey who is searching for a Personal Assistant to support the Directors of the company.
The consultancy undertakes work nationwide, providing a complete solution to facade safety and compliance. They are presently working with a range of clients from social housing providers, landlords, private consortiums and management companies.
You will be someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, flexible, reliable and dependable.
The Role
Effectively assisting the Board of Directors to efficiently manage their time and incoming enquiries to provide them the necessary resource to focus on the continued growth of the business.
This role should provide additional support as and when required to assist in the successful work life balance of the Directors by organising their diaries and managing their email traffic accordingly.
You will be responsible for meeting arrangements and management to ensure the working day is undertaken in a timely and efficient manner for the benefit of staff, stakeholders and clients.
The role will also provide accurate and timely record keeping of Board discussions and meetings, preparing, collating and distributing Board Meeting agendas, packs and minutes.
You will be responsible for diary management for 3 Directors including the Managing Director.
The role will include office manager duties.

- You should be approachable and presentable, maintaining the company’s image for quality customer service and expertise.
- You should effectively organise your time to ensure deadlines on company source documentation for effective decision making by management.
- You will be committed to managing the company’s resource, by efficiently and correctly allocating time to the required areas and tasks.
- Accurate Time Management for the Directors – No missed or double-booked appointments.
- Emails to be recorded and managed correctly. No missed emails or customer queries.

- 8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Thursday
