Blaymires Recruitment is working with a respected Facilities Management contractor who supports businesses, communities and the public sector with low-carbon energy solutions, offers cutting-edge technical services and transformative regeneration projects across the UK.

The company is looking for a Retrofit Assessor to join the team who will mainly be home based and will cover sites across the South and must have a full UK driving licence.

In this role you will be completing retrofit assessments on domestic properties and reporting to the Retrofit Coordinator, while representing the company to the clients. The ideal person will be a retrofit assessor or a domestic energy assessor willing to take the training to become a Retrofit Assessor.

This is an excellent opportunity for Domestic Energy Assessor/Retrofit Assessor to develop their skills and build a long-term career within the booming renewable energy sector. You will ideally be certified to PAS2035 standard, however training will on offer.

The Role:

• Liaise with clients and represent the company.
• Conduct retrofit assessments.
• Produce Energy performance Certificates.
• Relay information to the retrofit coordinator.
• Mainly site based covering South England.

The Person:

• Retrofit Assessor or Domestic Energy Assessor.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Motivated and hard working.
• Great communication skills and friendly.
